Art Gallery access to the website
Access to the gallery only sections of the website that require use of a unique login and password are restricted to current registered Art Galleries. If the Art Gallery does not use their unique login and password they will not be able to access these services.

How we use personal data
Art Money account holders (art buyers)
When you sign in and register for an Art Money account, we will collect basic information for the purposes of administering your account, including your contact information and purchase history. Our lawful basis is that it is in our legitimate interests to enable you to purchase artwork as part of our services to art buyers and Art Money partners. If you do not provide this information, then we may not be able to open your account.
We also collect information we need to process your finance application. Any application for finance will be subject to our Credit Privacy Policy, which explains how we process finance applicant personal data and our lawful bases, including the credit record checks carried out.
When you use your Art Money account to purchase artwork from Art Money partners, we will collect information about your purchases for our own record-keeping purposes and also share relevant information with the respective Art Money partner selling the artwork, so that they can conclude the artwork purchase contract with you. Our lawful basis is that it is in our legitimate interests for the purposes of facilitating the purchases and for providing our services.
We may also generally use your Art Money account information in our legitimate interests to provide our services to you and related support, and provide you with service updates.
Art Money partners
Should you apply to become an Art Money partner, we will collect various information, including your name, email address, telephone number and gallery information. Our lawful basis is that it is in our legitimate interests to consider your application and enter into a partnership with you, and for internal business development purposes.

If you contact us through our website, we will collect and use your information in our legitimate interests for the purposes of dealing with your enquiry and for quality management and training purposes.

If a User expresses interest in one of our Services, we will collect certain personal and financial information from that User, including contact information(such as name and email address), which we will use to contact the User, and financial information, which we will use as a responsible lender to assess the User’s ability to repay their loan. We may request additional personal information that is necessary to process any application submitted by a User, such as physical address, Social Security number, mobile telephone number, and date of birth, or additional financial information. Additionally, we may collect personal information to verify a User’s identity, for security-related purposes, or other administrative purposes.
